Hr Operations Officer

Role & responsibilities :

• Prepare and generate offer letters as per approved compensation structures and company policies.
• Validate candidate details, compensation inputs, and approval workflows before releasing offer letters.
• Ensure timely issuance of offer letters within the agreed TAT while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
• Coordinate with HRBPs and HR teams to collect pending documents and ensure policy compliance.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on offer letter generation status

Preferred candidate profile :

• 1 to 2 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or Offer Management.
• Graduate/Postgraduate.
