Designation: HR Executive
Department: Human Resources- Operations
Location: Dadar, Mumbai
Reporting To: HR Manager

Role Overview

The HR Executive will primarily be responsible for onboarding on-roll employees, along with supporting recruitment and routine HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Onboarding 70%

• Manage end-to-end onboarding activities for on-roll employees, including documentation, joining formalities and maintaining new-joiner records.
• Release offers on the portal and coordinate related activities.
• Coordinate internal transfers and maintain relevant records.
• Maintain the Employee Referral tracker along with the onboarding tracker.
• Maintain the Onboarding MIS and continue the existing tracker and AOP-related reporting.
• Prepare CTC structures and offers after receiving the required training, with support from the HR team.

2. Talent Acquisition Support 20%

• Support candidate calling, interview coordination, follow-ups and joining coordination.
• Assist with candidate sourcing based on business requirements and available time.

3. HR Operations 10%

• Maintain candidate and employee records.
• Support basic HR data, documentation and reporting requirements.

4. Additional Responsibilities

• Support other HR activities as assigned based on business requirements and the employees experience.

Key Skills

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation
• Good follow-up and record-keeping skills
• Willingness to learn HR processes and recruitment activities
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding activities and timelines
