Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end offer generation and candidate documentation.
• Prepare, verify, and release offer letters within defined TAT.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Track selection, offer, acceptance, joining, and dropout data.
• Coordinate with recruiters, candidates, and client stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, timely updates, and process compliance.

Required Skills

• Offer Generation / Offer Management
• Recruitment MIS & Reporting
• Strong MS Excel VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet TATs
• Prior RPO / Banking recruitment experience preferred
