About this role
About the Role Kraft Creation is looking for an Business Operations Intern to support daily operations, project coordination, team communication, and task tracking. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams and track project tasks and deadlines.
- Follow up on pending tasks and project deliverables.
- Maintain project trackers, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in project management, scheduling, and team coordination.
- Coordinate between management and different departments.
- Monitor project progress and report delays or operational issues.
- Support day-to-day business operations and administrative activities.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly operational reports. Requirements
- Graduate or pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Operations, or a related field.
- Good English and Hindi communication skills.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
