Job Summary

The HR Operations Executive will manage end-to-end offboarding processes, maintain data integrity, and support employee grievance resolution. This role acts as a bridge between departing employees, cross-functional teams, and HR leadership by ensuring compliance, analyzing attrition trends, and contributing to proactive retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• General HR Operations: Provide operational support for broader HR administration and cross-functional HR projects as needed.
• Settlements & Compliance: Audit exit documentation, compile Full & Final (F&F) settlement data, maintain audit-ready records, and ensure strict compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
• Offboarding & Exit Operations: Coordinate the full offboarding lifecycle, including scheduling exit interviews, managing clearance workflows, and coordinating with IT, Admin, and Payroll for seamless transitions.
• HR Systems & Data Management: Maintain accurate exit profiles in HR systems, ensuring data integrity while upholding strict confidentiality regarding sensitive employee information.
• Attrition Analysis & Retention: Analyze exit interview feedback and data to identify attrition trends, uncover root causes, and present actionable insights to HR leadership to drive retention initiatives.
• Grievance Handling & Terminations: Manage employee grievances with timely resolution and thorough documentation. Support execution of involuntary terminations while ensuring legal and policy alignment.
