HR Operations (Generalist)

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations (Generalist) professional to manage and oversee end-to-end HR operations and ensure smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR administration, employee relations, compliance, HRMS, payroll coordination, performance management, and employee engagement.

The role requires strong operational expertise, attention to detail, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to ensure HR processes are implemented effectively and in compliance with applicable requirements.

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes , from joining to separation.
• Handle HR documentation, employee records, and personnel file management .
• Manage onboarding, induction, and joining formalities for new employees.
• Oversee attendance and leave management and ensure accurate HR records.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for monthly payroll processing and resolve payroll-related discrepancies.
• Support the performance management process , including appraisal cycles, documentation, and performance-related HR activities.
• Plan and support employee engagement initiatives to improve employee experience and workplace effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, statutory requirements, and compliance processes .
• Manage and maintain HRMS , ensuring accurate employee data and timely HR reporting.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and MIS as required by management.
• Coordinate and support learning and development initiatives , training programs, and employee development activities.
• Support HR policy implementation and continuously improve HR processes and workflows.
• Coordinate with employees, managers, and other departments to resolve day-to-day HR operational matters.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee information and HR records.

• Strong knowledge of HR Operations and Generalist HR functions .
• Excellent understanding of employee lifecycle management .
• Hands-on experience with HRMS and HR reporting .
• Knowledge of attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation .
• Understanding of HR compliance and statutory processes .
• Strong interpersonal and employee-handling skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple HR processes and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and other HR tools .

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.

10-15 years of relevant experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist functions , preferably with experience handling end-to-end HR processes in a structured organization.
