Role & responsibilities

*To independently manage all HR Operations related work in the HR department.

*Employee hiring

*Maintaining new joinees database in excel.

*Responsible for employee joining documents

*Issuing appointment and transfer letters.

*Payroll Management

*Preparing various MIS

*Handling employee queries.

*Basic knowledge of statutory and labour laws

*Handling day to day operational work

*This role requires a good verbal and written communication, excellent excel skills
