HR Operations Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage employee data lifecycle from hire to retire, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of records.
  
• Oversee HR generalist activities such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
  
• Develop and maintain HR reports using advanced excel skills to provide insights for business decisions.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures by reviewing documents regularly.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to employee data management.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in an HR operations role or similar function.
  
• Advanced Excel skills with ability to create complex reports and dashboards.
  
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits administration.
