Role purpose: The HR Operations Executive manages day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, HR records, and policy implementation. The role emphasises coordination, accuracy, compliance, and timely employee support.
Responsibilities
- Employee lifecycle - onboarding, joining formalities, induction, probation/confirmation, transfers, resignations, and maintaining employee records.
- Attendance/leave - monitor attendance, shifts, late coming and absenteeism; manage leave records and provide payroll inputs.
- Documentation compliance - prepare HR letters/documents, maintain employee files, ensure policy/statutory compliance, and support audits.
- Payroll coordination - coordinate attendance, incentives, overtime and deductions; handle payroll queries and maintain benefits/reimbursement records.
- HR systems - keep HRMS/HR portals updated with accurate employee information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years HR operations/generalist experience.
- Strong HR process/documentation knowledge.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable handling confidential information.
- Strong organization/time management.
- MS Excel and HRMS proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Large workforce experience, retail/multi-location operations, labour-law knowledge, and coordination across locations.
