HR operations Executive

We are looking for a tech-savvy and proactive HR Operations Executive to manage recruitment, HR operations, administration, employee coordination, and corporate visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, follow-ups, and joining.
• Manage daily HR operations, employee records, attendance, leave, onboarding, and documentation.
• Maintain recruitment and HR MIS, trackers, reports, and databases.
• Handle office administration, vendors, supplies, and day-to-day operational requirements.
• Coordinate with employees, team leads, management, and external stakeholders.
• Manage and coordinate corporate visits, meetings, vendor/institution visits, and external activities.
• Work with HRMS, ATS, CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, AI tools, and other HR technologies.
• Support employee engagement, HR policies, performance processes, and general HR activities.
• Prepare regular HR and recruitment reports for management.
• Take ownership of assigned HR and administrative tasks and ensure timely closure.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, Recruitment, or HR Admin.
• Graduate in HR/Management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and HR tools.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software and AI tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with corporate/external visits whenever required.
• Good command of Hindi and English.
• Proactive, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
