Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations and employee records.
• Handle recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Manage onboarding and exit processes.
• Maintain employee documentation and HR databases.
• Track attendance, leaves, and employee information.
• Coordinate with different departments for HR requirements.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and operational MIS.
• Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and processes.
• Assist in improving HR workflows and employee experience.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Executive role.
• Good knowledge of recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with HR documentation and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Profile

• Experience in real estate, sales-driven, or fast-paced organizations will be preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
• Self-driven with strong ownership and execution abilities.
