We are looking for a skilled HR Operations Executive to join our team in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and be proficient in handling various aspects of HR operations, including payroll, attendance, and compliance.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and maintain accurate records of employee data, including attendance, leave, and other relevant information.


• Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits.


• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.


• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to improve their skills and productivity.

Job Requirements

• Graduation degree from a recognized university.


• Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in the real estate industry.


• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and proficiency in using HRMS software.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.


• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
