Job Description: HR Operations Executive Role Overview

The HR Operations Executive supports daytoday HR activities, ensures smooth coordination with HRBPs, maintains HR MIS, facilitates onboarding, manages documentation closure, and assists the Regional Head in publishing and tracking HR data.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with HRBPs on all HR Ops activities to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain, update, and monitor HR MIS and trackers.
• Conduct onboarding calls and support new joiners with documentation and compliance requirements.
• Ensure endtoend documentation closure for all new joinees.
• Support the Regional Head in compiling, validating, and publishing HR data and dashboards.
• Track ongoing HR activities such as onboarding, transfers, engagement initiatives, and compliance tasks.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong coordination and followup skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting
• Bachelors degree
• 13 years HR Operations experience preferred.
