Shift: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Experience: Fresh Graduates

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to support key HR processes and employee services. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to build a strong foundation in HR Operations while working in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records and update HRIS systems accurately.
• Assist with attendance management, leave tracking, and payroll inputs.
• Coordinate background verification (BGV) initiation and closure.
• Prepare HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, and relieving letters.
• Support statutory compliance activities related to PF, ESIC, KYC, and e-nomination.
• Handle employee queries and assist with HR administration activities.
• Ensure HR data accuracy and compliance with internal and external audits.

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment.
