Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and communication-oriented Candidate Relationship Manager to manage relationships with assigned contractors throughout their tenure with the company. The role involves handling contractor queries, coordinating with internal teams, following up on pending issues, and ensuring a positive working experience.

Candidates with prior HR recruitment experience in either IT or Non-IT recruitment are preferred. The selected candidate will receive the necessary knowledge transfer (KT) and training for the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication and build strong relationships with contractors.
• Handle contractor queries, concerns, and work-related issues professionally.
• Coordinate with internal HR, recruitment, and operations teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Follow up on pending concerns and provide timely updates.
• Escalate critical issues to the concerned managers.
• Maintain accurate records of contractor interactions, feedback, and issue resolution.
• Support contractor engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.
• Assist with candidate communication, follow-ups, and coordination as required.
• Support HR-related activities and operational processes.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Good follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
• Ability to handle candidate and contractor concerns professionally and patiently.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Profile

• Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT Recruitment, Non-IT Recruitment, Candidate Relationship Management, HR Coordination, or Staffing Operations are preferred.
• Basic knowledge of sourcing, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups is an advantage.
• Candidates with both recruitment and operations experience will be given preference.
• Candidates must be comfortable working from the office in KPHB, Kukatpally, Hyderabad.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM 1:30 PM
