Job SummaryWe are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Operations professional to manage day-to-day HR processes, employee records, documentation, HRIS updates, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential employee information.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, confirmations, and exits.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

Manage HRIS/HRMS data and ensure timely updates.

Coordinate joining formalities, background verification, employee documentation, and induction.

Support monthly payroll processing, attendance, leave, reimbursements, and payroll-related queries.

Track employee attendance, leave balances, and other HR-related data.

Prepare HR reports, MIS, dashboards, and management reports.

Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour laws/statutory requirements.

Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, leave, and documentation.

Coordinate employee full-and-final settlements and exit formalities.

Support performance management, confirmation, and other HR processes.

Coordinate with Finance, IT, Admin, and other departments for employee-related requirements.

Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.

Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience.

Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in HR Operations or a similar HR role.

Good knowledge of HR processes, payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle management.

Experience with HRMS/HRIS and MS Excel.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Good understanding of HR compliance and statutory processes.

Preferred SkillsExperience with HRMS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, Zoho People, Keka, or similar systems.

Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic reporting.

Experience in HR MIS and process documentation.

Knowledge of Indian payroll and statutory compliance, if applicable.
