Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations professional to manage day-to-day HR activities, employee documentation, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee records, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, along with experience in HR operations, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including joining formalities, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records, personnel files, HR databases, and employee documentation.
• Coordinate attendance, leave management, and monthly payroll inputs with the Finance/Payroll team.
• Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and other HR documents.
• Coordinate employee ID cards, access cards, laptops, SIM cards, email IDs, and other onboarding requirements with the respective departments.
• Ensure timely completion of employee documentation, background verification, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Maintain and update HRMS records, employee master data, and HR reports.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, payroll, and company procedures.
• Support performance management processes, employee engagement activities, and HR policy implementation.
• Coordinate full and final settlements and employee exit clearances.
• Prepare periodic HR MIS reports, headcount reports, and other operational dashboards.
• Ensure HR processes are completed accurately and within the defined timelines.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Working knowledge of payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance.
• Experience with HRMS platforms such as Qandle, Farvision, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications.
• Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Educational Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a relevant postgraduate qualification.
• Candidates with a relevant graduate degree and strong HR operations experience may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in real estate, construction, infrastructure, or a project-based organization will be preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with employees and departments across multiple locations.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving HR operational issues.
