As we continue to grow, we are looking for a hands-on and energetic Executive HR Operations to join our Bangalore team.
About the Role
This is a generalist HR role with broad exposure across HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle Management, Employee Engagement, HR MIS,
and Talent Acquisition support.
You will also act as the local HR representative for our Bangalore office, working closely with employees, managers, and the wider HR team to
ensure a positive employee experience.
Prior experience in a start-up, IT services, or early-stage technology organization will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Own day-to-day HR Operations and employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries and ensure timely resolution.
¢ Drive and support employee engagement initiatives, activities, and events.
¢ Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR MIS, reports, dashboards, and people data.
¢ Support the Talent Acquisition team with interview coordination, candidate communication, documentation, and onboarding activities.
¢ Act as the local HR representative for the Bangalore office, supporting employees and managers on HR-related matters.
¢ Coordinate with employees and managers on HR processes, policies, documentation, and employee lifecycle activities.
¢ Partner with the wider HR team to implement HR policies, processes, and people initiatives.
¢ Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience.
¢ Take ownership of new HR projects and initiatives as the organization continues to scale.
What Were Looking For

¢ 36 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or a similar role.
¢ Experience in a start-up, IT services, or early-stage technology organization will be an advantage.
¢ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
¢ Excellent interpersonal skills with a people-oriented approach.
¢ Good understanding of HR Operations, employee lifecycle processes, HR MIS, and employee engagement.
¢ Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
¢ High ownership, accountability, and work ethic.
¢ A curious and adaptable mindset with a zeal to learn and take on new responsibilities.
¢ Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
¢ Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
