About this role
- Support HRBPs in day-to-day HR operational tasks and administrative functions.
- Assist in employee data management, HR reporting, and personal recordkeeping.
- Coordinate HR processes, such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and offboarding.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with HRBPs to deliver HR programs and initiatives.
- Assist and coordinate in the Engagement Events at respective location and other Activities as required.
- Support the implementation and management of digital HR initiatives and systems.
- Assist employees with recurring HR IT system query resolutions.
- Work Experience : 2-3 years
- Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree / MBA or PGDM
- Skills : Time Management, Attention to details, Communication
- Reporting : Manager - HR
