Hr Operations Associate

Role: Full-time position at IPS for handling external client HR Operations

Role & responsibilities

• Handle onboarding and joining formalities inputs
• Resolve employee queries (salary, attendance, policies)
• Manage exit formalities and Full & Final settlement
• Coordinate with client and internal teams
• Prepare and manage client invoicing

Qualification:

Graduate.

Should have robust knowledge about CTC or payroll component and related policies knowledge.
