HR Operations Associate

Summary: To lead Talent Acquisition and HR Operations including performance management system, salary processing and rewards & recognition verticals for Unit and to help in strategic decision making by creating monthly MIS.

Role & responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: - Responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding associates as per ARF by using Success Factors
• Performance Management System: - - Ensuring the proper implementation of PMS including goal setting, mid-term reviews and appraisals for all management associates Carrying out the activities related to promotion.
• Rewards and Recognition: - Leading R&R for fostering the appreciation culture within the organization.
• HRBP: - Creating and maintaining Monthly MIS and Dashboards i.e HR Dashboard, HR Metrics, Headcount Dashboard, OT Dashboard, R&R Dashboard and MPRM updates - - Assistance in strategic decision making. Sharing monthly inputs for salary processing
• Budget: - Assisting HR Head for budget preparation of HR function • Compliances: - Ensuring the implementation of compliances related to PF, ESIC etc

Preferred candidate profile - Experience in

• PMS
• HRMS SAP Success factor software proficiency
• Employee Engagement
• Awareness about Compliances Payroll rules, PF, ESIC, etc
