Job Title: HR Executive / HR Associate

• Assisting to manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
• Providing induction to new joiners, covering company policies, attendance systems, and working hours.
• Handle onboarding documentation and employee records.
• Address employee queries related to attendance, leave, payroll, and HR policies.
• Maintain biometric, attendance, and leave records on day-to-day basis.
• Provide payroll support by validating inputs and coordinating with payroll teams/vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in payroll processing and statutory helpdesks (PF, NPS, Mediclaim, etc.).
• Prepare and upload NPS contribution files, coordinate with Finance for payments, and handle employee queries related to NPS.
• Assisting to manage Mediclaim and employee insurance data, including enrolments, updates, claims support, and escalations.
• Handle employee exit formalities and issuance of relieving letters.
• Conduct compliance checks and audits for vendors and contractors as per statutory requirements.
• Issuance of compliance certificates to the vendor.
• Coordinate compliance helpdesks and maintain related documentation.
• Process HR and vendor invoices in SAP, ensuring timely verification and closure.

Important Note: This a contractual opportunity for 6 months and can be extended based on performance and business needs.
