HR Operations Associate

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage HR operations, including employee data management, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
• Coordinate with factory HR teams to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Conduct industrial relations activities such as union negotiations and contract renewals.
• Provide support in implementing total rewards strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist activities or related field (HR Ops).
• Strong understanding of IR concepts, including factory HR practices.
• Proficiency in managing large datasets for workforce planning purposes.
• Experience with payroll processing systems and ability to analyze complex compensation structures.
