HR Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end operations for deployed employees across client locations.
• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, joining formalities, transfers, and exits.
• Monitor attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee records.
• Coordinate with Payroll, and Compliance teams for seamless operations.
• Address employee grievances and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to headcount, attendance, attrition, joining, and payroll.
• Ensure adherence to statutory and company policies, including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, and other applicable labour compliances.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of staffing operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/MIS reporting.
