Hr Operations Associate- Onboarding Operations

Role & responsibilities:

• Handling onboarding documentation and maintaining required records.
• Supporting and tracking onboarding activities for new hires.
• Coordinating with recruiters and relevant stakeholders to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience.
• Providing administrative support related to onboarding processes.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Educational background in Human Resources or a related field.
• Freshers or candidates with less than one year of HR experience may be considered.
• Strong communication, coordination skills, and the ability to understand process requirements quickly
