HR Operations Associate (Fixed Term Contract - 1 Year | Third Party Payroll)

Eligibility Criteria:

• 2025 pass-out candidates only (MBA - HR/HRM preferred).
• Candidate must be a domicile/local resident of Bangalore.
• Position is on a 1-year Fixed Term Contract (FTC) through a third-party payroll agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and conduct new employee induction and onboarding activities.
• Initiate and track Background Verification (BGV) processes.
• Coordinate pre-employment medical examinations and ensure timely completion.
• Manage joining documentation and employee record maintenance.
• Liaise with candidates, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with onboarding policies and procedures.
• Maintain HR databases and generate relevant reports.

Preferred Skills:

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and documentation management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with strong expertise in Advanced Excel.
• Basic understanding of HR operations and onboarding processes.
