Hr Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR Operations activities.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and labor laws.
• Handle HR-related statutory documentation, audits, and compliance processes.
• Coordinate employee visa processing, renewals, documentation, and travel-related formalities.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies for HR operational activities.
• Support onboarding, employee documentation, and workforce administration.
• Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and compliance-related reports.
• Travel to project sites/offices as and when required.( Domestic & International)

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, labor laws, and HR operations.
• Experience in visa coordination and employee mobility processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting, Data Analysis).
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as per business requirements. (Domestic & International)
