Key Responsibilities
- Understand technical hiring requirements for AI, Software Development & IT profiles.
- Source, screen, shortlist, and interview candidates.
- Coordinate technical assessments and end-to-end recruitment.
- Manage employee documentation, HR compliance, and onboarding.
- Track visa status, expiry dates, renewals, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with candidates, clients, and employees for smooth HR operations.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT and technical profiles.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Willingness to work in US Night Shifts.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
