HR PROFILE

1-2 YEARS: Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for junior-to-midlevel roles across departments. Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, ATS management, and coordinating with hiring managers.

• Onboarding & Induction: Facilitate new hire onboarding, document collection, background verification, and orientation to ensure a smooth transition.

• HR Operations & Administration: Maintain accurate digital and physical employee records, including attendance, leave, and personnel files. Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and employment contracts.

• Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as the point of contact for employee queries regarding policies and benefits. Plan and organize employee engagement activities, teambuilding events, and wellness initiatives.

• Payroll & Benefits Support: Assist with payroll input preparation (attendance, leave tracking) and coordinate with finance for salary processing. Help administer benefits programs (insurance, leave).

• Compliance: Ensure company compliance with local labor laws, safety norms, and internal policies. Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 12 years of hands-on experience in a generalist HR role or specialized recruitment role.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for reporting). Experience with HRIS, HRMS, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is highly desirable.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and local language if required).

• Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
