Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle management
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS system
• Support attendance, leave, and payroll inputs coordination
• Assist in employee onboarding and exit formalities
• Ensure accuracy of employee data and HR records
• Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and HRMS usage
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR process execution
• Generate HR reports and maintain proper documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures

Key Skills Required

• Understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle
• Basic knowledge of attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs
• Good communication skills (spoken English)
• Attention to detail and data accuracy
• Problem-solving approach and ability to handle queries
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS tools
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn

Qualifications

• BBA/MBA with HR specialization (preferred)
• Any graduate with interest or experience in HR domain

Experience

• MBA HR freshers can apply
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR operations preferred

Other Details

• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
• Off: 2nd, 4th & 5th Saturdays and all Sundays
