Job Description

Qualification – Graduate / Postgraduate (Pass Out)

Location – Indore, MP

Shift – Night (Work from Office)

Timing will be-

• 7:30 PM to 4:45 AM

(1 hour break time included)

Working Days - Mon to Fri, 5 Days Working

Job Description:

• Handle complete On-boarding and documentation of employees in the USA.
• Perform reference check.
• Manage Background and Drug tests of the employees.
• Co-ordination for joining formalities.
• Co-ordination for Salary and benefits.
• Handle employee issues and grievances.

Requirements:

• Must have excellent Communication skills.
• Self-starter, motivated and detailed/results oriented.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Good Team player.
