HR Officer - Operation - Offboarding - Bangalore

Role & responsibilities : Responsible for managing the end-to-end employee exit process, ensuring a smooth and compliant separation experience. This role involves coordinating with multiple departments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all exit formalities are completed in line with company policies.

• Manage the complete employee offboarding process from resignation acceptance to final exit.
• Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Admin, Payroll, Finance) for clearance and asset recovery.
• Conduct and document exit interviews to capture employee feedback.
• Ensure timely processing of Full & Final (F&F) settlements in coordination with Payroll.
• Handle documentation such as experience letters, relieving letters, and clearance forms.

Preferred candidate profile :

• PG in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
