HR - MIS and Data Analytics

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports.
• Maintain accurate employee data and HR databases.
• Track HR metrics including headcount, attrition, recruitment, attendance, payroll, and performance.
• Develop HR dashboards using Power BI/Tableau and automate recurring reports.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights.
• Prepare recruitment MIS covering hiring funnel, vacancies, offers, joining, and time-to-fill.
• Analyze attendance, leave, overtime, absenteeism, and payroll data.
• Prepare performance, employee engagement, and workforce analytics reports.
• Automate and standardize HR reports, trackers, and dashboards using Excel/Power Query.
• Ensure data accuracy, validation, confidentiality, and timely reporting.
• Coordinate with HR, TA, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business teams.
• Support HR process improvement, digital transformation, and ad-hoc reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in HR, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
• 25 years of relevant experience in HR MIS, HR Analytics, HR Operations Analytics, or a similar role.
