Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with strong expertise in recruitment, team handling, and HR operations to manage end-to-end hiring and ensure smooth HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Handle HR operations, employee documentation, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
• Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, and performance management.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
• Track recruitment metrics, prepare MIS reports, and monitor team performance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong recruitment and team management skills.
• Expertise in HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and recruitment strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
