HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR processes, employee management, and HR policies, with the ability to independently manage day-to-day HR activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and hiring activities.
• Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and exit processes.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, engagement, and retention.
• Coordinate performance appraisals, training, and employee development programs.
• Oversee attendance, leave management, and daily HR operations.
• Implement HR policies and company procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with payroll and accounts teams for salary processing.
• Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports and employee-related data.
• Coordinate with management and employees on HR-related matters.
• Identify opportunities to improve employee satisfaction and workplace practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or a related field.
• 10 - 15 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, and performance management.
• Experience in payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and labour law compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR MIS reporting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR responsibilities.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
