*URGENT HIRING | HR EXECUTIVE / HR MANAGER*
*20 OPENINGS | IMMEDIATE JOINING PREFERRED!*
A leading manufacturing company is looking for dynamic and result-oriented HR professionals for multiple openings across GIDC locations in Rajkot, Gujarat.
HR Executive: Up to 30,000 per Month
HR Manager: Up to 50,000 per Month
Manage recruitment, candidate screening, selection and employee onboarding.
Handle day-to-day HR operations, attendance, leave management and employee records.
Coordinate payroll inputs, employee documentation and HR MIS reports.
Manage employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
Support and implement HR policies, procedures and systems.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Coordinate employee training, performance appraisals and engagement activities.
Work with management and department heads to fulfil manpower requirements.
Promote a positive work environment and improve employee retention.
*REQUIRED SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS*
1+ year of relevant HR experience for Executive-level roles.
3+ years of relevant HR experience for Manager-level roles.
Knowledge of recruitment, HR operations and employee management.
Understanding of labour laws, payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Manufacturing / industrial HR experience will be an advantage.
Immediate joiners or candidates available at short notice preferred.
