HR Manager

We are hiring experienced and proactive Manager / Head Human Resources to lead the centralized HR function for our schools.

The position will be based at Nagpur and will be responsible for managing and driving HR activities across multiple schools.

The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, attendance and payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance management, HR policies, employee engagement and HR MIS.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in school/education sector HR or multi-location HR operations, with the ability to independently manage stakeholders, school leadership, employees and HR processes.

Preferred candidate profile

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on HR professional and strong people leader who can independently manage a centralized HR function for multiple schools. The person should be comfortable working closely with Principals, School Heads, Management, Finance and Administration teams and should be capable of balancing strategic HR responsibilities with day-to day HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Management.

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 7 years of relevant HR experience in School Education.
• Experience in school/education sector, multi-location organizations or centralized HR operations will be preferred.

• Candidates with experience managing HR for multiple schools/branches/locations will be strongly preferred.
