HR Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end recruitment across sales, leadership, and corporate functions

* Partner with founders and business leaders to understand hiring requirements

* Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding

* Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through portals, LinkedIn,

consultants and campus hiring

* Handle employee onboarding, documentation and HR operations

* Manage attendance, leave records, employee data and HR documentation

* Drive employee engagement, motivation and recognition initiatives

* Support performance management, PIPs and employee development processes

* Handle employee queries and maintain a positive workplace environment

* Develop and implement HR policies and processes as the organisation grows

* Work closely with leadership on people-related initiatives

What We are Looking For:

* 2-6 years of relevant HR experience

* Strong experience in Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

* Hands-on experience managing HR operations

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong stakeholder and employee-management skills

* Ability to work independently and take ownership

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organisation

* Experience in real estate/sales hiring will be an added advantage

Work Timing: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM (6 days a week, Sunday off)
