Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning
• Drive OKRs, KPIs, and KRAs across the organization
• Lead performance appraisal systems to ensure high performance and accountability

Key Skills Requirements

• 10+ years of HR experience (must be from IT Services industry)
• Proven experience as HR Manager / HR Leader
• Strong expertise in OKRs, KPIs, KRAs performance management systems
• Company size handled 150+ employees as a HR Manager and not as a Junior/Senior HR.
• Strong experience in operational HR areas such as productivity tracking, billable hours, data-driven decision-making, and management-level responsibilities.
• Hands-on experience with the KEKA platform
• Hands-on experience with HR metrics, analytics, and HR systems
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management skills
• Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Degree in HR or related field
