HR Manager

We are looking for an HR Manager to lead the HR function at our Siliguri, West Bengal, office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end technical recruitment for AI/ML, Full Stack/MERN, DevOps, QA, Product, Sales, and Support roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Instahyre, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Manage interview coordination, offers, salary negotiations, and candidate experience.
• Handle onboarding, employee documentation, transfers, exits, and full and final settlements.
• Maintain HRMS, employee records, attendance, and leave data.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, and POSH.
• Develop HR policies, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
• Drive performance reviews, employee engagement, recognition programs, and team events.
• Conduct pulse surveys and support employee retention initiatives.
• Lead and mentor the HR executive and HR trainee.
• Support workforce planning, compensation benchmarking, and HR reporting.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in technical recruitment.
• Experience in an IT, SaaS, or product/technology company.
• Good understanding of technical roles such as AI/ML, software development, and DevOps.
• Knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS and ATS.
• Strong communication and HR documentation skills.
• An MBA/PG diploma in HR or equivalent qualification is preferred.
