HR Manager

Role & responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for managing HR branch activities which cover recruitment, employee engagement and compliances

Implement recruitment strategies to source and attract talent, interview co-ordination, offer negotiation and closure

Key recruitment metrics like TAT, offer ratio and onboarding

Monitor employee attrition and execute retention strategies in co-ordination with Central HR team

Co-ordinate employee engagement programs, address employee concerns.

Oversee branch administration activities

Ensure adherence to company policies and local regulations

Preferred candidate profile

Master's Degree in Human Resources (MBA HR preferred)

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations

Good understanding of labor laws, compliance, and employee relations

Strong communication and organizational skills

Preference will be given to immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period.
