Prepare the HR policies, manuals. Hire agencies for HR and Legal Compliances.
Manage other HR operations like payroll, recruitment etc. through Assistant Managers for each branch.
Guide and Advise the Management on HR policies, manpower pricing etc.
Preferred candidate profile
Must be post graduate with minimum 3 year experience in heading HR function of a reputed Organization.
