HR Manager

Job Summary: Were looking for a HR Manager to lead our human resources team and drive initiatives that foster a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives.
• Manage and oversee the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and training programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Execute employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
