HR Manager

Looking for HR Manager for managing end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, policies, compliance, and employee lifecycle management. Capable to partner with business and delivery leaders to ensure effective workforce management, employee experience, productivity, and retention in a fast-paced global services environment.

Must have :

8 years of HR experience, preferably in a BPO, KPO, ITES, Global Shared Services, or offshore services organisation.

Strong hands-on experience in Recruitment, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Employee Relations, Policies, and Compliance.

Hands on experience in HRMS/HRIS, payroll systems, MS Excel, and HR reporting.

Strong people management, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven and multi-functional environment.

Good to have :

Experience managing employees supporting global clients, particularly in the US, UK, Europe, APAC, or other international markets across multiple shifts.

Experience managing multi-country holiday calendars, leave plans, attendance requirements, and workforce schedules.

Exposure to global HR practices, client-specific workforce requirements, and cross-cultural employee management.

Experience with HR automation, analytics, dashboards, and digital HR initiatives.
