About this role
Role Summary
Own end-to-end HR operations for our Chennai and Madurai Office onboarding, statutory compliance, employee relations, and the
processes that keep the employee lifecycle running smoothly - with a supporting role in recruitment, including campus hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Own onboarding, induction, and HRIS/HRMS data accuracy/audits across the employee lifecycle
- Manage employee lifecycle documentation - offers, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities
- Handle employee grievance resolution and act as the primary point of contact for HR queries
- Manage insurance, ESI, PF and statutory compliances
- Coordinate payroll inputs with finance and ensure timely, accurate processing
- Drive employee engagement, performance-cycle coordination, and exit/attrition analysis
- Support recruitment - including campus connects and college tie-ups - alongside the hiring team
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field; 6-7 yrs HR generalist experience with a strong operations focus
- Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS tools, statutory compliance, and grievance handling
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and knowledge of labour laws
- Good to have: campus recruitment experience, exposure to healthcare/fintech or regulated industries
