HR Manager

Responsibilities:

• Be the point of contact for employee queries on the tools and processes.
• Own the HR tools and processes used at Playsimple Games.
• Provide timely and accurate reports from the HR tools used internally.
• Design and maintain SOPs and adhere to the policies, processes, and practices.
• Analyze data points to notice trends and actionable insights.
• Be the point of contact for insurance, benefits, onboarding, etc.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders on various people-centric inputs
• Drive impactful engagements that are crucial in boosting employee morale and connections.

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of experience in HR.
• Functional knowledge of HR domains.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have an eye for detail.
• Well-versed with Microsoft Office.
• To be able to deliver based on the needs of the stakeholder.
• Prior experience of having worked in a start-up or a fast-paced environment.
• High on empathy and excellent interpersonal skills.
• A person who enjoys challenges and is passionate about getting things done and getting ideas into reality.
• Prior experience in driving engagements and handling operations.
