Salary: 25,000 – 55,000 per month (as per interview)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete HR operations and recruitment process
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations and grievance management
• Manage attendance, payroll and HR records
• Lead and manage the HR team
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities
• Handle performance management and appraisals
• Resolve employee conflicts professionally
• Support management in strategic HR planning

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Good recruitment and talent-management skills
• Knowledge of HRIS, Payroll & MS Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
