HR Manager

15+ years of corporate HR experience, preferably in Engineering, Manufacturing, Capital Goods, Water Treatment or related industries.
Strong experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, PMS and statutory compliance.

Required Candidate profile

Good understanding of HR policies, processes and corporate HR practices. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
