HR Manager

Location: Indore

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Build relationships with candidates, employees, and management.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and activities.
• Manage onboarding, HR operations, employee relations, and internal communication.
• Build Belgium WebNets employer brand and presence within the Indore professional community.
• Represent the company at recruitment drives, networking events, colleges, and professional gatherings.
  • Oversee general administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Coordinate with facility and support teams as required.
