HR MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Manage attendance, leave records and monthly payroll.
• Prepare manpower budgets for new hires and HR budgets for festivals, annual celebrations and other events.
• Prepare and maintain organisation hierarchy for Lehry Instrumentation Valves and Lehry Industries.
• Handle Professional Tax (PT) and TDS requirements.
• Coordinate with the Labour Department for holiday approvals and other statutory requirements.
• Ensure timely renewal of HR, labour and statutory certificates.
• Coordinate and follow up on PF-related matters, including visits to the PF office when required.
• Manage complete employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate with Accounts, consultants and government authorities for HR and statutory matters.
• Support management in HR planning, employee engagement and general HR activities.
  Key Skills Requirements
  • MBA / PG Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • 5-8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
  • Good knowledge of payroll, PF, PT, TDS and labour compliance.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation.
  • Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  Important Note - Factory Visit

  The HR Manager will be required to visit Lehry Industries Pvt. Ltd., Gummidipoondi factory, twice a week to manage and coordinate HR-related activities at the factory.
